How to delete your Crelto account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the Crelto app.
Steps
- Sign in on crelto.com or in the Crelto app.
- Open Account settings.
- Under “Delete account”, type the word shown for your account's language (“ștergere”, “delete” or “удаление”) and press “Delete my account”. You will be signed out and your account will stay in trash for 7 days.

What we delete
Your account and everything you created in it: profiles, services, requests, conversations you started, websites and blogs, classes, students and teaching boards, connected social media accounts and the posts in your planner, Crelto AI chats and the reviews you wrote. We also delete your favorites, the list of people you follow, your group memberships, invitations and all uploaded files. Your account is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after 7 days; an administrator can restore it before this period expires.
What remains
Conversations other people started with you and other people's group chats stay with them; your messages there are shown under “Deleted account”, without your name. However, the automatic notices in group chats about who joined or left the group keep your first name and the initial of your last name. The log of confirmation SMS messages sent to your number is kept for up to 90 days, with the number masked and no link to your account, as evidence in case of a delivery dispute, then deleted automatically. Localities you added stay in the shared list. Backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, and server logs are kept for a short period for security.
