Who we are and what these terms cover
Crelto — the crelto.com website, the Crelto apps for iOS and Android, and the related services (together, the “Services”) — is operated by Create Go LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, USA, located at 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA, EIN 36-4985740 (“Create Go”, “we”, “us”).
These terms are a contract between you and Create Go. By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. How we use personal data is explained separately in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
What Crelto is
Crelto is an online platform that connects people who need a service (“clients”) with the professionals and businesses that offer it (“providers”). On Crelto you can publish a profile, services and requests, search, send messages and leave reviews.
Crelto also offers tools for your work, such as a website builder, an AI-powered assistant, tools for teachers (classes, interactive boards, exercises for students) and scheduling of social media posts. Some tools may be available only on the website and not in the mobile apps.
Crelto is an intermediary. We do not provide the services offered by users, we do not employ providers, we do not act as an agent for either side, and we are not a party to agreements between clients and providers. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a provider is qualified, or that a deal will be made or honored.
Who can use Crelto
To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you use Crelto on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it, and these terms then also apply to the business.
Minors may use only the features built for students, through a teacher's account and with the consent of their parents or guardians. You may not use Crelto if we have previously closed your account for violating these terms or if the law prohibits you from receiving the Services.
Your account
- Use real information and keep it up to date. Your email address may be confirmed through a link we email you, and your phone number is confirmed by SMS.
- Keep your password to yourself and never share the codes you receive by SMS. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- An account belongs to one person and may not be sold, rented or transferred. One account can hold several profiles, for example a personal one and one for a business.
- If you suspect someone else is using your account, change your password and email us right away at support@creatego.net.
We may ask for additional confirmation of identity or contact details if we notice suspicious activity.
Prices
Crelto currently charges no fees or subscriptions for using the Services. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance, and the price and terms will be shown to you before any payment. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
Payments in the mobile apps, if any, will be processed through Apple's or Google's system and will also be subject to their terms. Money that clients and providers pay each other does not pass through Crelto.
Agreements between clients and providers
The price, timing, quality, payment and other terms of a service are agreed directly between the client and the provider. Crelto does not collect or hold money for them. Confirming an order in Crelto only records the agreement between you.
Providers must comply with the laws that apply to them: permits, licenses, taxes, invoicing, insurance and consumer rights, such as informing the client and, where the law provides for it, the right of withdrawal.
Services on Crelto are offered both by businesses and professionals and by private individuals. If you offer services as part of a business or profession, say so clearly in your profile. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the rights under consumer protection law apply only to dealings with providers acting for professional purposes; if it is unclear, ask the provider.
If a dispute arises, first try to resolve it directly with the other party. We can help with information from the platform and take action against accounts that break the rules, but we are not an arbitrator and are not responsible for the performance of the agreement.
Profiles, services and requests
- Publish only real offers and requests that you actually intend to honor, with accurate descriptions, prices and photos.
- Use only photos, texts and trademarks that you have the right to use.
- Do not publish other people's contact details or other personal data without their consent.
- If you publish a request on behalf of someone else, for example your child, give only the information needed, such as their age, and nothing that could identify them.
- Services that require a permit, license or qualification may be offered only by those who hold it.
Published profiles, services and requests are public: anyone can see them, including through search engines, and they can be shared by link.
You have access to your account data, your messages and orders, and the statistics of your listings. About other users you receive only what is public or what they send you. The data we hold is described in the Privacy Policy; we do not sell it.
How we rank results
The order of search results depends mainly on how well a listing matches what you are looking for (the title matters most, followed by tags, professional title, category and description) and on the locality you have chosen compared with the listing's locality. In lists without a search term, newer listings usually appear first.
To better assess the relevance of a search, we may use an artificial intelligence model that receives the search text, the locality and the public data of the listings. We do not accept payment for a better position in the results. If we ever introduce promoted listings, we will label them clearly.
Messages and communication safety
Messages are for discussing services and requests. Do not use them for unsolicited advertising, bulk messages, or to ask for sensitive data such as passwords, SMS codes or card details.
To protect users from fraud and unwanted messages, we may automatically check whether messages contain phone numbers, email addresses, links or invitations to continue the conversation elsewhere. For a message flagged this way we keep only the reason it was flagged. You can report any message you receive, or the whole conversation, with the “Report” button in the conversation, and you can block the other person from the conversation header: once blocked, neither of you can write in your conversations or start a new one. Our team may review a conversation when there is a flag or a report; a message removed by moderation is replaced in the conversation by a note saying so.
We recommend keeping conversations on Crelto until you trust the other person, and not paying in advance to people you don't know.
Your content
Whatever you publish or upload to Crelto (texts, photos, videos, documents, reviews, messages, websites) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example resize, convert or translate), display and distribute that content to the extent necessary to operate, improve and promote the Services. We may pass this license on to our service providers only for these purposes.
Public content may appear in search engine results, in previews of shared links and in materials that present Crelto. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we are required by law to keep and content you have already sent to others, such as messages.
We may automatically translate listings and profiles into the platform's other languages. Automatic translations may contain errors; your original text remains the reference version.
You confirm that you hold all rights to your content, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that the people shown in your photos or videos have given their consent.
What is not allowed
Do not use Crelto to:
- publish or offer anything illegal, including prohibited goods or services or ones that require permits you do not have;
- deceive others, ask for advance payments for services you will not provide, obtain data by deception (phishing), or impersonate another person or business;
- harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against others, or incite hatred or violence;
- publish sexually explicit content, nudity or any content that sexualizes minors — for the latter we have zero tolerance and we report it to the authorities;
- send spam, unsolicited advertising or fake reviews;
- publish other people's personal data without their consent, or infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
- access the Services by automated means (bots, scraping) without our written permission, bypass limits or security measures, introduce malware or overload our systems;
- copy, decompile or attempt to obtain the source code of the Services, except where the law allows it.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Details are in the Community Guidelines.
Reporting, blocking, moderation and enforcement
If you have an account, you can report provider profiles, public client pages, services, requests, reviews, conversations and messages you receive directly in Crelto, with the “Report” button. You report a website built with Crelto with the “Report this site” link in its footer. You choose a reason, such as spam, scam, harassment or illegal content, and can add details. Reports reach only the Crelto team: the reported person does not find out who reported them.
Anyone, even without an account, can also report content or an account that breaks the law or these terms by email at support@creatego.net. To help us act quickly, include the exact link, why you believe the content is illegal or inappropriate, your name and email address (not required for reports of child sexual abuse), and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The Crelto team reviews every report within 24 hours. If content breaks the law or the rules, we remove it: a profile or service is unpublished and its owner can no longer publish it again; a request is no longer shown publicly (only its author still sees it, marked as hidden by moderation); a review is deleted, and a review left for a client is no longer public; a message is replaced in the conversation by a note that moderation removed it; a website is no longer shown. A report that is not confirmed is closed with no further action.
In serious or repeated cases we suspend the author's account: they are signed out of all devices at once and can no longer sign in, their profiles, services and websites are unpublished, and their requests are closed and no longer shown on the site. Besides reports, we use automated filters (for example for contact details and links) and human review, and we notify the authorities when the law requires it or someone is in danger.
When we remove your content or suspend your account, we usually tell you what we decided and why, unless the law prohibits it or doing so would put someone at risk. You can appeal by writing to support@creatego.net; a person will review your appeal, and if we got it wrong, we lift the suspension.
You can block someone who bothers you from their profile, their public page or your conversation with them. After blocking, you can't write to each other (in existing conversations or new ones), follow each other or leave each other reviews, and neither of you sees the other's listings in Explore. We do not notify the person you block. Public pages stay public: blocking does not hide profiles and listings from people who look for them. You can see and unblock the people you blocked in Settings. Blocking does not replace reporting: if someone breaks the rules, report them so we can take action against their account.
Reviews
Reviews can be left only from signed-in accounts. A service or a profile can be reviewed only by a client who has communicated with the provider on Crelto and accepted an offer for that service or profile, one review per person for each service and for each profile. After an order is completed, the client and the provider can also each leave a review of the other; the provider's review appears on the client's public page only if the provider chooses to publish it. The rating shown is the average of all published ratings. A review shows the author's first name and the initial of their last name.
A review must describe a real, first-hand experience. Fake reviews, reviews of your own services or a competitor's, and reviews offered or requested in exchange for any benefit are not allowed. We check that a review is based on an offer accepted on Crelto, but not whether the service was actually provided or paid for, because payment is made directly between the client and the provider. We remove reviews that break these rules, and we do not edit the content of reviews.
Websites built with Crelto
You can build and publish websites with Crelto, at a Crelto address or on your own domain. You are responsible for their content and for complying with the law on your site, including the mandatory information about you or your business and informing visitors about the data you collect.
The contact forms on your site collect the data visitors send (name, phone, message), and visit statistics are calculated without cookies. You decide the purpose of this data, and we process it on your behalf, as described in the section “Data processed on your behalf”.
We may take down a website that violates these terms or the law.
Tools for teachers
If you enable the tools for teachers, you can create classes and student accounts, use interactive boards that you share by link, and follow your students' progress in exercises. Students use these accounts under your guidance.
You are responsible for the student data you enter. If your students are minors, you must have the consent of their parents or guardians where the law requires it. Enter only the data that is needed, such as a first name or a nickname, and do not add sensitive data about students. Anyone who has a board's link can open it, so share it carefully.
Data processed on your behalf
For the data of your students, of the guests on your boards and of the visitors to your websites, you are the data controller and Create Go is the processor that handles it on your behalf. For this data we undertake:
- to process it only to provide the relevant features and in line with your instructions, given through your use of the Services, unless the law requires otherwise;
- to give access to it only to people who need it and who are bound by confidentiality;
- to protect it with the security measures described in the Privacy Policy;
- to use other providers (for example for hosting) only under equivalent protection obligations; they are listed in the Privacy Policy, and we will inform you of significant changes;
- to help you respond to requests from data subjects and meet your obligations regarding security, breach notification and impact assessments;
- to notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a security breach affecting this data;
- to delete it when you delete it or close your account, except for data we are required by law to keep;
- to make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance with these obligations.
You are responsible for having a legal basis for this data, for informing the people concerned and, where needed, for obtaining their consent or that of their parents.
AI-powered features
Some Crelto features use artificial intelligence models from the provider OpenAI: the Crelto assistant, the generation and editing of texts, images and websites, automatic translations, automatic selection of a service's category, checking the screenshots you send as proof that you shared a listing, profile or website, and ranking of search results. Features that send your content to OpenAI work only after you have given your consent. We ask for it once per account, before anything is sent for the first time, and it applies on the website and in the apps alike. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings → Crelto AI: from then on we send nothing more, but withdrawing does not undo what has already been sent and processed. Without your consent, the features you start yourself first ask for it and send nothing if you do not give it, your listings and profiles are not translated automatically, the category of your services is not chosen automatically (you can choose it yourself), and your screenshots are checked by a person on the Crelto team. Search ranking works the same with or without consent, because the model receives only the search text, the chosen locality and the public data of the listings, with no information about who is searching.
Results are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or similar to those of other users. Check them before publishing: you are responsible for what you publish. Do not use AI features to create content prohibited by these terms or to imitate real people without their consent.
AI features may have usage limits, which we may adjust to keep the service available for everyone.
Invitations
If you take part in the invitation program, you receive a personal link. Bonuses are granted only under the conditions shown on the invitations page at the time of the invitation. Fake accounts, inviting yourself, spam and any other manipulation lead to the loss of bonuses and may lead to the closure of your account. We may change or end the program at any time, without affecting bonuses already granted.
Our intellectual property
Crelto, its name, logo, design, software and the content we create belong to Create Go LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services in accordance with these terms. All other rights are reserved.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
Copyright complaints
If content on Crelto infringes your copyright or other rights, write to support@creatego.net with: your contact details, the work or right infringed, the exact link to the content, a statement that the use is not authorized, and a signed statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Mobile apps and app stores
The Crelto apps are downloaded from the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the app on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. The app requires an internet connection and displays content from crelto.com.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, the following also applies:
- These terms are concluded between you and Create Go LLC, not with Apple Inc. Create Go, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- You may use the app only on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service; the app may also be used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Create Go.
- Create Go, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Create Go, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- When using the app, you must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance of them, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, its use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.
Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be sent to Create Go LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA, or to support@creatego.net.
Availability and changes to the Services
We are continuously working on Crelto, so we may add, change or remove features. The Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or for technical reasons. New or experimental features may be marked as such and may not work perfectly. Accounts have limits on the number of profiles, services and active requests and on file storage space.
Keep copies of important content: Crelto is not an archiving service.
Suspension and closing of accounts
You may stop using Crelto at any time and delete your account by following the steps in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account, or restrict access to some features, if it violates these terms or the law, endangers other users or the Services, or if the law requires us to. We usually explain the reason. If you use Crelto for your business or profession, we will notify you of the permanent closure of your account at least 30 days in advance, together with the reasons, except where the law requires us to act immediately and in cases of serious or repeated violations.
After an account is closed, the provisions that by their nature should survive (for example those on licenses, limitation of liability and disputes) continue to apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee the content, services or conduct of users.
If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the law of your country; nothing in these terms limits them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Go and its managers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for the acts of users or the services they provide to each other.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional misconduct or gross negligence — nor to mandatory consumer rights.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Create Go against claims, damages and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your content, from your violation of these terms or the law, or from the services you provide to other users. If you are a consumer, this obligation applies only to the extent the law of your country allows it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the Services.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, in the Republic of Moldova or in another country whose law gives you greater protection, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country and may also bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live. You may also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.
Before starting a dispute, please write to us at support@creatego.net. We will try to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date of the last update appears at the top of the page. We will notify you of important changes in Crelto or by email at least 15 days before they take effect, except for changes required by law or needed to prevent an imminent danger.
If you do not agree with the new terms, you can close your account before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that date, you accept the updated terms.
Final provisions
- These terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and Create Go regarding the Services.
- If a provision is held invalid, the others remain in force. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not mean we waive it.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms in the event of a reorganization, merger or sale of the business, and we will inform you. You may not transfer yours without our consent.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These terms are available in Romanian, English and Russian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
- We may send you notices in Crelto or to your account's email address. You can send notices to us at support@creatego.net or by mail to 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.

Publishing to social networks
If you connect your Facebook, Instagram, Threads or TikTok accounts, you authorize us to publish on your behalf, at the chosen time, the content you schedule. You must also comply with those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, for example if they reject or remove a post. You can disconnect an account at any time, in Crelto or in the platform's settings.
