An optional module
The Social media module is optional: you turn it on yourself in your Crelto settings and can turn it off at any time. While it is off, scheduled posts are not published.
The accounts you connect
You may connect only accounts and Pages that you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content
You are responsible for everything you publish through Crelto: text, photos, videos and music. You must hold the necessary rights to them, including to the music, and follow each platform's rules:
- Facebook, Instagram and Threads: the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the Meta Community Standards;
- TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines, the Music Usage Confirmation and the Branded Content Policy.
Commercial content
If a post promotes your own brand, a product or a service, or is a paid partnership, you must disclose it. For TikTok, use the “Disclose post content” option in the post editor.
How publishing works
Crelto publishes posts at the scheduled time on a best-effort basis. Publishing depends on the platforms, which may delay or reject a post, limit how many posts can be published, or change their programming interfaces (APIs). We cannot guarantee that a post appears at the exact minute you chose.
Until TikTok approves the Crelto app, TikTok may keep posts private, visible only to you.
If a post cannot be published, Crelto marks it as failed, shows you the reason, and you can retry it.
Suspension
We may suspend your access to the Social media module if you misuse it, for example to send spam.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect any account at any time under Social media → Accounts. Once disconnected, Crelto no longer publishes to that account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crelto is not liable for losses caused by the platforms' decisions (for example delayed, rejected or removed posts, or restricted accounts), nor for the content you publish.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the “last updated” date at its top.
