On Crelto, only someone who actually ordered through Crelto can leave a review. Every review is tied to an order confirmed on the platform, so you know there is a real client behind it.
Why you cannot be sure of reviews elsewhere
When you read reviews on Facebook or Google, you cannot tell whether they are genuine or bought. Those platforms have no way to check whether the author actually bought anything from the business. Anyone can write a review: friends, paid accounts or competitors trying to damage someone's reputation.

How we verify every review
The client and the provider talk on Crelto.
The provider sends an offer and the client accepts it: the order is confirmed through Crelto.
Only then can the client leave a review, marked “Offer accepted on Crelto”.
Any review can be reported, and the Crelto team checks it.
Client authority matters
Clients who order often through Crelto build a history on the platform: collaborations, completed orders and reviews from providers. A review from such a client is worth far more than one from someone who used the app only once.
It works the other way too: when you order a service, your authority helps the provider decide to offer you high-quality service at a fair price.
