Measure the finish being removed rather than the apartment’s floor area. Bathroom wall tiles and floor tiles are separate quantities. Screed thickness and reinforcement can change the work; a surface photo alone cannot confirm the final price. “From” is a starting price, rather than a cap.

- Distance from the entrance to where the vehicle can park.
- Loading, vehicle capacity, number of trips and transport.
